Thanks to this, the chessboard got an unusual appearance similar to precious ebony chessboards.
It is a great alternative to wenge boards.
The board with a total size of 15.7″x15.7″ has fields of 1.57″ and is perfect for our smaller 3″ or Staunton No 4 pieces.
