3.75″ Stallion Knight Chessmen are carefully carved from great boxwood. Elegant forms of much loved Staunton style are represented in this set and enhanced with detailed carvings and quality work. Stallion Chessmen have unique detailing, including the king’s crown, the queen’s head and not to mention the knight piece, which is the pride and joy of this set. It features an intricately carved mane and bared teeth. This wonderful set is available only in the ebonised (black) version, which gives it the extra flare. This solid wooden chessmen are all weighted, polished and felted at the bottom, to give them the elegance and comfort during play, which is rare in this price category.
